No. Project owners and clients are not billed by BuildWell for project origination and qualification.

Does BuildWell perform construction?

No. BuildWell is not a GC and does not self-perform construction work. We qualify and route opportunities to trusted licensed GC partners.

What size projects does BuildWell handle?

Our focus is commercial and high-value projects typically ranging from $300,000 to $6,000,000+. Projects below that threshold are generally outside our operating lane.

What geography do you cover?

Our primary focus is the Northeast Tennessee corridor including Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and surrounding areas. We consider adjacent markets when project quality justifies it.

How long does the qualification process take?
