Fixing Homes, Lifting Hearts, One Project at a Time
We are a family owned and operated company on a mission to fix homes for those the system overlooks. Inspired by Kathryn's mother that lives in a rural Virginia home, struggling with power outages and harsh winters. We’re starting small but dreaming big. With your help, we’re rebuilding dignity, one home at a time. Explore our story and join us
Our Mission
Mission: Restore dignity, safety, and independence for low-income households while ensuring every dollar is spent transparently.
At BuildWell Industries, we empower low-income, elderly, and ADA communities by:
Transparency First: Donors will see live dashboards showing how contributions fund real repairs
Community Impact: The LiP program is self funded but we also gladly accept patrons and project supporters.
Smart Operations: Licensed contractors handle core work, volunteers support where possible, and AI streamlines bidding and oversight
Scalable by Design: Local chapters will operate under a cooperative framework, adapting to community needs while maintaining national standards
By 2030, our goal is to repair thousands of homes nationwide and prove that transparent, tech-enabled philanthropy can lift families while strengthening neighborhoods.
Impact
We measure success with the Triple Bottom Line:
Profit
Strong returns for homeowners and partners through clarity and risk reduction.
People
Safer housing for families, ongoing work for craftsmen, and dignity restored for low-income communities via LIP.
Energy-efficient materials and sustainable building practices at every stage
